"Miki started to think about donating her hair a while ago when she heard about it and since then she tried to grow her hair as long as possible. She knows how hard it is to lose one's hair through chemotherapy, as her little sister had gone through it 6 years ago when she got leukemia.
As Miki has rich and thick hair, she wanted to donate it, but it was not an easy decision as she loves her hair long. But now she feels very proud and hopes it will help someone to have an easier time while fighting the disease. Her sister is fine now, and she also hopes that some day she can donate her hair too."
